Ingredientes
- 4 med. yellow summer squash
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped mint
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Direcciones
- Slice squash into 5 inch lengths 1/4 inch thick. Saute/fry squash and garlic in oil in heavy skillet for 7-8 min till tender. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook 3 min, stirring frequently.
