Ingredientes
- 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoon licorice-flavored liqueur or possibly 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 c. flour
- Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and 1/2 c. sugar in large mixer bowl till light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, liqueur or possibly almond extract. Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour till dough forms.
- Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake till cookies are light brown on the bottom about 10 to 12 min. Cold on wire rack. While still hot sprinkle generously with confectioners' sugar. Cold completely on wire rack. Store in cookie tin. Makes about 4 dozen.
