Receta Greek Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 c. Red wine
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounce Can tomatoes
- 5 x Very ripe tomatoes (coarsely minced)
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1 pch Allspice Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Heat fry pan and add in extra virgin olive oil. Saute/fry onion and garlic till clear. Add in tomatoes, parsley and oregano. Simmer, covered till the tomatoes are very tender, about 25 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients and cook 20 more min.
