Receta Green Salsa
This is an awesome dip or a great hamburger topper
Ingredientes
- 8 to 10 Tomatillos, husked
- 3 shallots or a small red onion
- 2 cloves garlic pealed
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilis chopped, More if you like chilis
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers seeded
- Kosher salt to taste
- Lime Juice

- Directions:
- 1. In a food processor, place tomatillos, shallots, garlic, green chile peppers, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and salt. Using the pulse setting, coarsely chop.Stir in the lime juice and Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
