- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins (I used regular and golden)
- 1 1/4 cups green tomatoes, diced
