- 2 Green Bell Peppers-(diced)
- 20 peaches (mine are a small sweet variety)
- 1/4 cup lemon basil (chopped fine)
- 2 jalepeno peppers (seeded and diced)
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
