- 2 zucchini
- 2 yellow squash
- 1/2 onion
- 10-15 white button mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste

- slice all veggies as you wish

- add all ingredients into a bowl and let marinate for 1 hour
- wrap in aluminum foil and grill for twenty minutes or until veggies are tender.
