Receta Fudge Cake With Marshmallows

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 T cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 pound marshmallows
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 T cocoa
- 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Karo
- 1/4 c. butter
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar together, add in cocoa and egg; the fold in baking soda, and sour lowfat milk and flour alternately. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Take cake from oven and put marshmallows on top while still hot.
- Mix together 2 cups sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 cup canned lowfat milk, 1/3 cup Karo and 1/4 cup butter. Cook while stirring till a drop in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and beat till cool and thick. pour over cake.
