- 16 lrg shrimp
- 1 tsp powdered green tea or possibly 1 tsp. fine grnd tea Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Peel shrimp and place together with tea, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Toss and marinate for 30 min. Place shrimp on a medium-temperature grill; grill for 3 min on each side. Serve with Sweet-and-Sour Sauce and warm rice.
