Receta Grilled Turkey Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/3 c. Seeded, minced cucumber
- 1/3 c. Seeded, minced tomato
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced (or possibly 1/2 tspn. dry)
- 1 lb Lean grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. Wheat germ
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 6 whl wheat buns, split, and toasted Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- For topping: Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill till ready to use.
- Prepare Charcoal Grill
- For Burgers: Combine first nine ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape mix into six 1/2-inch thick patties. Place patties on grid over medium coals. Grill 3 to 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 min per side or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Serve burgers on lettuce-lined buns with topping.
