  1. Cut turkey steaks into 2" cubes and place in bowl. Combine chili sauce, lemon juice, sugar and bay leaves. Pour over turkey cubes. Chill at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Stir to coat several times during marinating.
  2. Thread turkey on skewers, alternating with tomatoes, mushrooms, green pepper, onion and zucchini. Brush lightly with oil. Grill over warm coals 6" from heat source, turning occasionally, about 10 to 15 min. Brush with reserved marinade while turning.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
