Ingredientes
- 1 bn scallions, minced
- 1 lb Brie cheese, room temperature
- 8 x veal loin chops, (8-oz) Extra virgin olive oil Salt and freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the scallions and cheese and mash into a soft paste. Cut a pocket in the side of each chop, making a slit to the bone. Fill each chop with the scallion paste.
- Preheat the grill or possibly broiler. Brush each chop with the oil and season with the salt and black pepper. Cook the chops for about 3 min on each side. (Veal chops should remain slightly pink in the center.) Serve immediately.
