Receta Grit Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Water, boiling
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 whl egg yolks
- 3 whl egg whites
- 1 stk garlic cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. Grits
Direcciones
- Add in 1/2 c. grits to boiling water and salt. Cook till it begins to thicken.
- Beat egg yolks and egg whites separately. Stir in cut up cheese and yolks while grits are still warm. Pour into a casserole.
- Mix in stiff egg whites and bake in oven till done.
