Receta Ground Beef Cabbage Marsala

Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 2 pound finely minced cabbage
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric pwdr (optional)
- Salt to taste, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon
- 4 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Add in oil to skillet over medium heat. Saute/fry onions, cumin, fennel, ginger, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper and turmeric. Continue till onions turn glassy. Add in meat and salt. Cook till meat is browned. Add in cilantro and cabbage. Cover skillet and cook on medium-low heat for approximately 30 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
