  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet and saute/fry onions and celery till slightly softened. Add in beef and cook till mix turns gray. Blend in flour. Add in warm water and stir till thickened. Add in seasonings; cover and cook over low heat for about 30 min. Season again to taste. Serve in a nest of warm creamed potatoes. Yields 4 servings.
