Receta Ground Beef Vegetable Fricassee

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Direcciones
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet and saute/fry onions and celery till slightly softened. Add in beef and cook till mix turns gray. Blend in flour. Add in warm water and stir till thickened. Add in seasonings; cover and cook over low heat for about 30 min. Season again to taste. Serve in a nest of warm creamed potatoes. Yields 4 servings.
