Receta Habanero Mustard

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Warm dry mustard pwdr
- 1/4 c. Warm water
- 3 x Habanero peppers, seeds and stems removed
- 1 x Papaya, ripe peeled, seeded, and minced
- 1 c. Onion, diced
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Vinegar, malt
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, brown
- 1 Tbsp. Rum
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric, grnd
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- In a c., stir the dry mustard into the warm water till dissolved. Let sit for 5 min. Combine the mustard mix and all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat and simmer, stirring frequently, till all the fruits are soft and the mix has thickened, about 30 min. Remove from the heat and let cold. Place in a blender or possibly food processor and puree till smooth. This mustard will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
