Yapyap/Alamang - a very tiny shrimp

  1. Pour in alamang shrimp into the hot pan
  2. All salt and stir fry until the colors turn pink.
  3. Add the chili fingers once the yapyap is cooked.
  4. Stir more and turn the heat off.
  5. Pour canola oil on top of the cooked yapyap.
  6. Mix, top with julienned red chili if desired.
