Receta Half Moon Cookies (Soft)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. white flour
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- After each cookie is frosted with white frosting, add in 2 Tbsp. cocoa to remaining icing and frost 1/2 of cookie with chocolate icing.
- Cream sugar and shortening together till light. Mix flour and baking pwdr together. Add in to sugar mix with Large eggs.
- Add in vinegar to lowfat milk and add in baking soda (to sour lowfat milk). Pour over other ingredients and add in vanilla. Consistency will be cake like. Drop approximately 3 Tbsp. per cookie on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 7 min. Cold and frost 1/2 of cookie with white frosting and 1/2 with chocolate frosting.
