Receta Ham And Spinach Croissant Puffs

Ingredientes
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
- 8 ounce cooked ham, diced
- 10 ounce pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 (6 ounce) pkg. all butter croissants
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. In 12 inch frying pan over medium high heat, heat oil, add in onion, garlic, mushrooms and ham; cook 3 to 4 min, stirring frequently till onion and mushrooms are softened. Add in spinach, Ricotta, pepper and nutmeg; cook 2 to 3 min, stirring frequently till well mixed and heated through. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Bake croissants. Add in mix to croissants. Makes 4 servings. May substitute cooked chicken or possibly turkey.
