- 1 pound hamburger
- Onions, sliced or possibly diced
- Carrots, sliced or possibly diced
- Potatoes, sliced or possibly diced
- 2 c. tomato juice or possibly vegetable soup
- 1/4 c. raw rice (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger. Add in salt and pepper. Add in layers of vegetables. Add in tomato juice. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs. May add in raw rice over meat.
