Receta Hamburger Skillet Pie With Scone Topping
Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In 10 inch skillet, brown grnd beef in oil. Drain off excess fat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and tomato juice. Add in green pepper, onion and celery, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Spoon scone topping into 6 mounds on top of warm mix. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till biscuits are golden at 350 degrees.
