Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 TBSP flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic (trying not to break it up too much) in a pan until no pink remains.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour and cook 1 more minute.
  5. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, & pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low 10 minutes.
  6. Cook egg noodles.
  7. 
Remove beef mixture from the heat, stir in sour cream.
  8. Serve over egg noodles.
