Receta Hamburgers With Peach Relish

Ingredientes
- 1 med Ripe peach, peeled, halved and pitted
- 1 x Plum tomato, peeled, seeded and coarsely minced
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 1 x Rounded tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 x To 1 teaspoon cider vinegar Salt, freshly grnd white pepper
- 2 x Hamburgers, cooked to taste
- 2 x Hamburger buns or possibly 4 slices pumpernickel bread
Direcciones
- Place peach, tomato, garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor and process or possibly mince by hand. Remove to bowl. Add in sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand while making hamburgers.
- Place hamburgers on buns. Top each with half the relish and serve immediately.
- Makes 2 servings.
