Receta Hamburgers With Rajas De Chile Verde

Ingredientes
- Make hamburgers as you prefer
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg Onion
- 4 x Long green chiles, (up to 6)
- 2 x Cloves of garlic, minced
Direcciones
- Broil, steam and peel long green chiles-either Big Jim's for medium or possibly Barker's for warm
- Cut the chiles into long strips, discarding seeds and stems. Cut the onion toward the root end and slice the pcs so they are more or possibly less like strips.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add in the onions. Cook over medium-high heat till lightly browned. Add in the chiles and the garlic. Strir-fry till the chile is warm.
- Serve mounded on top of hamburger patties.
