Ingredientes

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 6-8 bone in, skin-on chicken thighs + kosher salt and pepper to season
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 medium sized head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch of parsley, minced (for garnish)
