Ingredientes

- 6-8 bone in, skin-on chicken thighs + kosher salt and pepper to season
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 medium sized head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 (15 ounce) can of chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch of parsley, minced (for garnish)
