- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. minced onion
- 8 ounce. shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Place hash browns in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Layer with rest of ingredients. Top with 2 c. crushed cornflakes and 3/4 c. melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
