Ingredientes
- 1 pound fresh fish fillets
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. diced pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
Direcciones
- In 8-inch square glass dish combine rice, onion, salt, parsley, pimento, curry pwdr, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Arrange fish over rice mix. Dot butter over top. Cover with Saran. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 min. Let stand for 2 min and serve.
