- 1 med Banana, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice

- Puree ingredients in a blender. Pour into two mugs and stick in the freezer. Go take your shower and get dressed for work. Grab a mug for you
- (and one for your honey) from the freezer just before you run out the door.
- Puree should be a little mushy at this point.
