Receta Hawaiian Style Baked Spare Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 c. strained peaches
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs. meaty spare ribs, cut into serving pcs
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- 1 jar strained peach baby food or possibly canned peaches liquified in blender can be used. Combine all, except spare ribs. Arrange ribs in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 min; drain fat. Reduce oven to 350 degrees; pour sauce on ribs and bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs till done. Brush sauce on ribs occasionally. 4 servings.
