Receta Hawaiian Venison

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless elk or possibly deer round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 x green peppers - (to 3)
- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Cut steak in 1 inch cubes and dredge with flour. Brown meat cubes on all sides in warm oil.
- Place in crock add in water and salt. Place on HIGH one hour, LOW for approximately 6 hrs.
- Add in green peppers and pineapple chunks to meat. Cook one hour longer.
- On stove top prepare serving sauce: Combine all ingredients and cook till sauce is clear and thick. Pour over meat mix and heat till ready to serve. Serve over chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
