Receta Hearty And Healthy Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut 1" strips
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
- 1 x onion quartered
- 1 x green pepper sliced into strips
- 8 x flour tortillas - (6" dia) Chunky salsa
Direcciones
- Combine lime juice, chili pwdr and coriander and pour over chicken breast. Chill for 30 min. Add in vegetables to chicken and toss well.
- Coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add in chicken and vegetables and stir-fry till done.
- Hot tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds. Fill with chicken mix. Serve hot with salsa.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
