Receta Herb Marinated Chicken Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. minced sweet onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lg. red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 sm. zucchini
Direcciones
- Lightly flatten chicken breasts, cut into 3 strips length wise. Combine vinegar, and next 7 ingredients in a jar, cover and shake vigorously. Cut pepper and zucchini into 1 inch squares. Pour marinade over chicken and vegetables to cover and marinate about 1 hour. Alternate chicken and vegetables onto skewers. Broil 3-5 inches from heat 8-12 min. Turn and brush with marinade often.
