Receta Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 pound red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. prepared Good Seasons garlic and herb salad dressing
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in shallow baking pan and arrange in a single layer. Bake 45 min or possibly till potatoes are tender and golden, stirring occasionally. Can use Italian dressing and add in garlic pwdr. Also good with a little basil and oregano sprinkled on top before baking. Serves 4-6.
