Receta Herb Yogurt Dip
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. snipped chives
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of Tabasco
- 2 (8 ounce.) containers plain non-fat yogurt
Direcciones
- In a blender combine all seasonings, Tabasco and 1/2 c. yogurt. Blend till smooth. Turn into bowl. Stir in remaining yogurt. Mix well. Chill 3 hrs. Serve with veggies of your choice. Makes 2 c..
