Receta Herbed Cheese Calzone

Ingredientes
- 1 x Quantity pizza dough
- 175 gm Goats cheese, crumbled (6oz)
- 175 gm Asparagus or possibly purple-sprouting broccoli blanched (6oz)
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh marjoram, minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Divide the dough into 4 and roll out into rounds.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, divide into 4 and place on one half of each circle. Brush the edges of the dough with water, fold over and press together. Fold over again, to make a hard seal.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 220 C/425 F/gas mark 7 for 15-18 min till the edges are just brown, golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with a herb and leaf salad.
