- 1 tsp chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 x chopped scallion or possibly 1 Tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tsp dry dill
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 ounce chevre or possibly other mild fresh goat cheese (or possibly omit this for a lighter spread) pimento strips
Direcciones
- This dip is perfect for a party dip with crudites, for between-meal snacks on crackers or possibly crostini, or possibly as a sandwich served with soup.
- In a blender or possibly food processor, whirl the parsley, scallions or possibly chives, dill, tarragon, cottage cheese, and chevre till smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the pimiento strips.
