Receta Herbed Millet And Tofu Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 c. raw millet
- 2 c. water
- 1 lb hard tofu (Mori-Nu Lite)
- 2 c. minced spinach
- 1 sm onion chopped
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chopped onion and garlic in a saucepan sprayed lightly with vegetable oil. Add in herbs and then millet. Saute/fry briefly. Add in water and bring to a simmer. Simmer 25 min. Add in tofu and spinach and simmer 5 more min.
