Receta Herbed Veggie Combo
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. frzn green beans
- 4 ounce. sliced zucchini
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced tomatoes
- Dash of salt & pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
Direcciones
- Steam green beans for 10 min. Add in zucchini and steam for 10 min more. In small saucepan, cook the onion and peppers in the oil over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes and spices and heat through. Pour over the beans and zucchini. Toss gently to mix.
- Yield: 2 servings - 1 c. each. Calories: 75. Cholesterol: 0. Exchange: 1 vegetable, 1 fat.
