  • 2 ounce spinach tagliatelle
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vegetarian margarine
  • 5 ounce button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 ounce fresh basil finely minced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat lowfat sour cream salt and black pepper
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. 1. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water for about 10 min, drain and keep hot.
  2. 2. Sweat the onions in the margarine till transparent, add in the mushrooms and cook gently for about 10 min. Add in the basil and cream and season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour over the pasta.
