Receta Herring Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 jar prepared herring
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pickled beet salad
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. pickles
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 c. cool boiled potatoes
- 1 c. diced apples
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- First cook and peel and dice the potatoes. While potatoes are still hot, add in dressing. Add in all remaining ingredients. Let stand several hrs in a cold place, but avoid refrigeration unless it is a very warm day.
