Ingredientes
- Hamburger or possibly steak
- Salt
- Barbeque sauce
- 4 green bell peppers
- 4 med. onions
- 8 carrots
- 8 stalks celery
- 4 med. potatoes
Direcciones
- On a sheet of foil place 1 serving meat, 1 potato, 1 green pepper and 1 onion. Cut carrots into sticks and place on top, add in celery sticks and barbecue sauce. Make a tent shape of the foil, sealing well. Barbecue for 45 min and you have your entire meal. We like it with different kinds of meat. It is very simple and you can use any kind of sauce your family likes. Makes one serving for each person, and no dishes.
