Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix, Devils Food, white or possibly yellow
- 1 can (21 ounce.) Wilderness cherry fruit filling
- 1 pkg. Jiffy white or possibly fudge frosting mix
- 1 c. whipping cream
- Pam no-stick cooking spray
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with Pam. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in loaf pan 30 min or possibly till done. Cold in pan 5 min. Turn out and cold completely.
- In small mixer bowl, refrigeratefrosting mix and whipping cream (about 1 hour). Beat till mix forms stiff peaks. Slice cake into 3 layers. Assemble cake by spooning 2/3rds cherry pie filling between two bottom layers, reserving 1/3rd of filling for top of cake. Spread frosting mix on sides and top of cake, building up edge around top. Arrange remaining cherry filling on top. Refrigerateto set. Serves 10.
