- ⅔ cup Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
