Many people have to switch from cow's milk to alternative milks due to a whey, casein or lactose allergies or sensitivities. When I decided to look for alternatives, I was amazed at the wide variety there was to choose from. Here are some of the pros and cons of non-animal milk alternatives:

Soy milk

Pros – Soy milk is a very popular alternative that is readily available.
