  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss the oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Pour the oil and honey over the oat mix. Stir with a wooden spoon till all oats and nuts are coated.
  3. Spread mix out onto a baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, till golden, about 45 min.
  4. Remove granola from oven, and allow to cold, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a large bowl. Add in the apricots, figs, cherries, cranberries, and cashews; stir to combine. Store granola in an airtight container.
