Ingredientes
- Chocolate Cupcakes (from scratch or box, I did Devil's Food from a box as a time saver.)
- You can make regular sized cupcakes or mini for this as well. I did some of both for variety! :)
- Cream Filling: (Steps 1-5 below)
- 1/3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
- Pinch (or about 1/8 t.) Kosher Salt
- 1/4 t. Vanilla Extract
- 1 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1-1/3 c. Marshmallow Creme
- Ganache: (Steps 6-9 below)
- 3/4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- ~6 oz. Semisweet Chocolate (chips, chunks or pieces)
- 1 T. Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
- White Frosting: (Step 10 below)
- 2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 2 T. Butter, softened
- 4 T. Heavy Whipping Cream

,%20so%20I%20will%20have%20to%20let%20y'all%20know%20just%20how%20they%20went%20over!%20%20:)%20%20Aren't%20they%20adorable!?%20%20See%20the%20recipe%20below...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHostess%20Style%20Cupcakes:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBefore%20you%20start%20be%20sure%20that%20you%20have%20all%20the%20ingredients%20you%20need.%20%20Bake%20and%20cool%20cupcakes%20before%20attempting%20to%20fill%20and%20frost.%20Once%20your%20cupcakes%20are%20cool%20you%20can%20start%20making%20the%20cream%20filling....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20With%20a%20hand%20(or%20stand)%20mixer%20whip%20the%20heavy%20whipping%20cream%20until%20soft%20(to%20hard)%20peaks%20form.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20Add%20the%20softened%20butter,%20salt%20and%20vanilla%20to%20the%20whipped%20cream%20and%20combine%20using%20the%20mixer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20%20Whip%20in%20the%20powdered%20sugar%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20it's%20time%20for%20the%20really%20creamy%20goodness%20of%20fluff....%20%20Did%20I%20mention%20I%20love%20this%20stuff?%20%20Have%20you%20ever%20had%20a%20%22fluffernutter%22?%20%20No?%20%20Yeah,%20me%20neither...but%20I%20may%20just%20have%20to%20try%20one%20today....back%20to%20this%20recipe%20though...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20Whip%20in%20the%20marshmallow%20creme%20until%20all%20creamy%20ingredients%20are%20one!%20%20You%20may%20want%20to%20give%20it%20a%20taste%20just%20to%20make%20sure%20it's%20ok.%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20%20Spoon%20the%20cream%20filling%20into%20a%20pastry%20bag%20(and%20any%20tip%20will%20work...but%20I%20recommend%20something%20pretty%20big)%20and%20insert%20the%20tip%20into%20each%20cupcake%20to%20fill.%20%20Just%20fill%20until%20the%20cupcake%20is%20noticeably%20heavier%20but%20not%20overflowing.%20%20:)%20%20Don't%20worry%20about%20the%20hole%20int%20he%20top,%20we'll%20cover%20that%20with%20ganache%20in%20a%20few%20minutes.%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20%20Let%20the%20ganache%20cool%20to%20room%20temperature.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E9.%20%20Smooth%20the%20frosting%20on%20the%20cupcakes%20with%20an%20angled%20spatula.%20%20Looking%20good%20so%20far,%20huh?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20keep%20frosting%20away%20with%20the%20ganache%20until%20all%20your%20cupcakes%20are%20frosted.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E10.%20%20Now%20you%20just%20have%20the%20final%20swizzle%20to%20do!%20%20Just%20whip%20up%20the%20butter,%20whipping%20cream%20and%20powdered%20sugar%20for%20this%20simple%20frosting.%20%20Then%20fill%20a%20piping%20bag%20and%20use%20a%20small%20tip%20(I%20used%20Wilton%20%232)%20to%20make%20the%20little%20swizzle%20on%20the%20tops%20of%20all%20your%20cupcakes.%20%20:)%20%20I%20was%20going%20to%20write%20words%20like%20%22chemistry%22%20and%20%22electron%22%20on%20the%20cupcakes,%20but%20I%20started%20with%20mini%20ones%20and%20didn't%20have%20enough%20room.%20%20You%20could%20certainly%20customize%20these%20for%20any%20holiday%20or%20party%20you'd%20like%20though!%20%20%22Valentine%22,%20%22Booooo%22....the%20possiblities%20are%20endless.%20%20:)%20%20Have%20fun!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20cupcake...A%20peek%20inside......%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERegular%20Cupcake...Lots%20of%20cupcakes....Pin%20It%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHope%20you%20enjoy%20these.%20%20I%20think%20they%20are%20adorable%20and%20delicious!%20%20:)From%20my%20kitchen%20to%20yours...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E~ADM%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
