- Steak Tacos in Soft Corn Tortillas
- 1/2 lb. Steak*, marinate overnight with 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce, sprinkled paprika, salt and pepper
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 Hot Pepper, finely diced (either Jalapeno or Serrano)
- Cilantro, roughly chopped
- Lettuce, shredded (I used romaine, but your favorite works!)
- Corn Tortillas, preferably fresh

%20that%20come%20close%20too,%20but%20nothing%20is%20quite%20as%20good.%20%20I've%20never%20quite%20been%20able%20to%20replicate%20them%20at%20home%20either...I'm%20not%20sure%20if%20it's%20that%20it%20doesn't%20taste%20as%20good%20at%20home%20or%20I%20just%20can't%20quite%20remember%20the%20combination%20of%20ingredients....but%20I%20just%20did%20come%20up%20with%20something%20that%20is%20just%20as%20good%20if%20not%20better%20than%20the%20memory!%20If%20that%20even%20makes%20sense...%20%20So%20here%20it%20is:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20Take%20the%20steak%20that%20you%20marinated%20overnight%20and%20place%20it%20in%20a%20skillet%20on%20medium%20high%20heat.%20(I%20used%20my%20cast%20iron,%20but%20any%20will%20work)%20%20Cook%20it%20about%202%20minutes%20and%20then%20flip%20over%20and%20cook%20about%202%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20Put%20the%20steak%20on%20a%20cutting%20board%20and%20cut%20it%20up%20into%20small%20pieces.%20%20Place%20back%20in%20skillet%20with%20diced%20onion%20and%20saute%20in%20a%20dash%20of%20oil%20until%20the%20onions%20start%20to%20go%20tender.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20%20Fill%20corn%20tortillas%20with%20shredded%20lettuce,%20steak/onion%20mixture%20and%20then%20top%20with%20peppers%20and%20cilantro.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20Serve%20immediately,%20and%20enjoy!%20%20You%20can%20serve%20rice%20and%20beans%20along%20side%20to%20complete%20the%20meal.%20%20Corn%20salsa,%20pico%20or%20other%20salsas%20would%20go%20well%20with%20these%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20so%20simple%20yet%20so%20yummy%20and%20healthy!%20%20Yum-O!%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
