Receta Homemade Noodles
This recipe is fun to make. Store-bought noodles are fine, for the most part, but homemade pasta noodles offer a completely different texture and taste experience.
Ingredientes
- 250 grams Flour, All Purpose Plus Extra For Flouring Work Surfaces
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 130 milliliters Water (warm)
- ½ teaspoons Corn Oil

- Sift the flour. Pour flour in a bowl. Now make a well in the center of the flour and add corn flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well, about one minute.
- Next combine water and corn oil. Pour it into the flour mixture. Use your hands and knead the dough about 15 minutes, adding a little flour if necessary. Dough must be smooth and pliable.
- Now cover the dough with a tea towel and allow to relax about 30 minutes.
- Take the dough out of the bowl and roll it into a large rectangle 12Ã12 inch and 1/8 inch thick in size, using a rolling pin. Use more flour for dusting.
- Using a very sharp knife, cut dough into 1/8 inch wide strips. Take the strips one by one and pull them out to stretch them â use your fingers. The strips become longer than they were before.
- To cook noodles, take a large pot. Pour 500 ml water and add 2 teaspoons salt. When the water is boiling, add noodles. They cook in about 10 minutes. Remove cooked noodles using tongs and put them in a colander. Drain well. Do not rinse.
