Receta Homemade Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks or possibly 3 whole Large eggs
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks. Add in to remaining ingredients except lowfat milk and cook till thick. Dilute to taste with evaporated lowfat milk. Makes a great dressing for potato salad.
