Ingredientes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup beef gravy
Direcciones
- preheat oven to 375
- brown ground beef then drain
- mix potatos, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar, and garlic until well blended
- stir gravy and veggies into meat
- spoon in 9 inch square baking dish
- cover with potato mixture.
- sprinkle with remaining cheese
- bake 20 minutes
